| The Company is principally engaged in the manufacturing of computer workstation, bookshelves and other furnitures that are predominantly wood based, and are sold in Completely Knocked Down (“CKD”) form. The Company is also engaged in plastic injection for furniture parts, the printing of packaging materials, assembly and distribution of LCD. Television, and distribution of other consumers products. Almost 100% of Kenmark’s products are exported to its target markets which consist of mainly the USA, Europe, Japan and Australia. |
