| Kenmark was incorporated on 15th September 1988 as a private limited company under the Companies Act 1965. On the 7th April 1993, the Company converted into a public limited company and was subsequently listed on the Second Board of KLSE on 3rd November 1997. Subsequently, Kenmark was transferred to the Main Board on 3rd September 2001.
The Company had relocated part of its manufacturing facilities to Vietnam to take advantage of its relatively cheap and abundant labour force.
The Company’s corporate office and factories are located at Lot 11, Lingkaran Sultan Muhamed, Kawasan Perindustrian Bandar Sultan Sulaiman, Port Klang, Selangor.......
